What a credit actually buys you
A credit is our unit of dataset work. Every row we ship costs somewhere between a fraction of a credit and a few credits, depending on how rare the data is, how many sources we cross-check, and how much research goes into producing it.
Projects get cheaper as they scale. Early candidates teach later ones, which drives cost per row down. Read our recent post on cost.

What happens if I run out of credits?
You can buy a top-up anytime. Top-up credits never expire and stack on top of your plan credits.
What if a row fails verification?
If we can't verify a contact, it isn't submitted to your dataset and you aren't charged for it.
Do plan credits roll over?
One month of rollover is included on every paid plan. Anything beyond that requires a top-up.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel or downgrade from the billing page in your settings.
What about larger lists (10k+ rows)?
